I don't need no doctor

I needed to recharge my spirit today, and I knew just the fix. A couple hours with the men and machines of Ontario Southland this afternoon proved to be better medicine than any doctor could have ordered. There's simply nothing like time with friends and a bit of 251/567 therapy. To quote the song made memorable by Ray Charles, Humble Pie, and the New Riders of the Purple Sage to name just a few, I don't need no doctor.

Coffee time at Woodstock; waiting for CP westbound to clear the siding at Jellicoe.

Crossing the CN at Carew, light engines to retrieve the second half of the train.

On the approach to Carew; doubling the train into Woodstock.

Hammering across the CN.

Sheldon at the switch.

Mile 0, back to Woodstock station to wait for a clearance on the Galt Sub.
